Meet the amazing group of staff and volunteer committee members who are a part of the 12-to-24 Collaborative!

Amy brings extensive nonprofit and youth experience to the role. Her career began in direct service as a teen program director and progressed through fundamental roles at both Heartly House and Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership (COIPP). She attended Hood College and lives in Frederick, where she has started her family.

RayLee is a lifelong Frederick County resident. After graduating from Hood College, she went on to obtain her Master of Social Work. RayLee brings experience in program development, case management, and trauma therapy. Outside of work RayLee enjoys spending time in the backyard with her family, cooking, and engaging in community organizing.
