This high-engagement role blends program strategy, coalition facilitation, data stewardship, youth engagement, fundraising, administration, and public advocacy. The Director will act as the “backbone” of the Collaborative—building consensus, coordinating stakeholders, managing cross-sector infrastructure, and serving as a trusted spokesperson for collective goals.
Applicants should have deep knowledge of Frederick County, experience working across nonprofits and public systems, and a track record in systems change, youth engagement, and fundraising.
This is a deliverables-based, time-limited consulting role (not a salaried position) expected to average 35–40 hours/week. Please review the full RFP for remuneration details.
