Common Agenda

2026-2033

Common Agenda

By 2033, 95% of young people ages 12-24 in Frederick County will be engaged in age-appropriate pathways aligned with their academic, career, or personal goals, with equitable access to coordinated supports and opportunities that remove barriers and build the foundation for lifelong success.

Background

In October of 2025, the 12-to-24 Collaborative held its First Annual Membership Meeting at Hood College, where members from across Frederick County gathered for a full day of connection, collaboration, and celebration. Together, we reflected on a year of extraordinary progress – from launching the Frederick Youth Council to co-designing the future Youth Center at 300 Scotty’s Bus Lane – and took a major step forward by shaping the shared Common Agenda to guide the next chapter of this work.
