Welcome Amy Wilkinson as the new Director of the 12-to-24 Collaborative! She brings extensive nonprofit and youth experience to the role. Her career began in direct service as a teen program director and progressed through fundamental roles at both Heartly House and Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership (COIPP). The addition of a Backbone Director marks a major milestone for the 12-to-24 Collaborative, positioning the network for its next stage of growth and impact. With a dedicated leader at the helm, the Collaborative can now focus more deeply on strategy, coordination, and sustainability—ensuring that efforts across the community are aligned and moving toward shared outcomes. The Backbone Director will play a critical role in strengthening partnerships, streamlining communication among members, and advancing data-driven initiatives that improve outcomes for youth and young adults. This role allows the Collaborative to evolve into a cohesive, high-functioning system that drives long-term change and creates lasting opportunities for Frederick County’s young people.
